The advice, from the public or private, and plays an important role in society, for what should be able, since human sensitivity, tolerance and flexibility, to use their communication skills and tools to implement the existing judicial and extrajudicial.

And indeed, all his knowledge must have the possibility of transmission to the general population, and University in particular.
