The owner and occupier of the flat or premises are not allowed to develop in him or the rest of the building activities prohibited by the statutes, which may cause damage to the property or that violate the general provisions on nuisance, unsanitary noxious, dangerous or illegal. The president of the community, on its own initiative or any owner or occupant shall who perform the prohibited activities for the immediate cessation of the same, failing to initiate court action. If the offender persists in his conduct of the President, subject to authorization by the Board of Proprietors, duly convened thereto, may file an injunction against him, in matters not covered by the condominium law, shall be dealt with through ordinary trial.
